Make sure you focus on Results.
Not just the tangible results, but the intangibles too.
I.e. improved communication, mentor relationship built, this lead to success elsewhere by A, B and C etc.
Situation, task, action and result is the format. More formally known as STAR or behavioral interview. Questions try to identify if you have the behaviors, skills and take appropriate actions for the job level which you're applying for.

STAR interview format. Panel of 3 or 4 people divided into two groups. HR does initial screening followed by scheduling the interview. Then two panel interview followed by potentially one more follow up interview. Then a potential offer or rejection.

I got a call from recuriter and they told me i will have first phone interview and if you pass they will invite you for on site interview.it was a panel interview and they asked about my past job and project which i did.
