John Deere Production/Assembly Worker interview questions

Walked in to the interview, they were not prepared and didn't know who was next in line to be interviewed, very confused. I thought my interview went great, I was not offered a position, but I knew a guy who interviewed the next day who had got fired from his previous job, failed a drug test and got offered a job at deere, wow!!!
