I applied online. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners in Nov 2017
Interview
I interviewed around Christmas time when they were taking on a large volume of temporary workers for the busy period, so there were around fifty people in my group interview. The first part was very relaxed, we had an informal talk about the history of John Lewis. Then we were split into smaller groups in tables where there was one interviewer for a group of around 5 of us, but there were no real direct questions. Instead we analysed set scenarios in a group while an interviewer sat in. We had name badges on to identify us.
