Sat us down in a room. Got into groups. Had to go through situations together and decide what we would do. Then we presented our ideas to our supervisor at our table. It was very relaxed and informal. Then we got given a sheet with similar situations but we had to judge what we would do individually. Then got given a sheet to fill out with our hours.

Interview
It was a group activity interview where they assess how well you work and discuss ideas with others. The only challenge was that most people had the same points to make, so it could be hard to stand out. I took part and contributed to the discussion, but it felt like they were looking for people who spoke more and were more noticeable in the group.

Interview
Quite swift! We were called for a group interview. Randomly, we were assigned a table. We met a few floor managers, and were asked a few scenarios. Best action is to let seniors speak first, then contribute your answers.
