I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at John Lewis & Partners (London, England) in Sept 2014
Interview
Applied online, online tests took about just over an hour, waited about a week and a half to receive an email to book an interview slot online, then had an instore group assessment with around 4-5 people, two managers both taking notes. After assessment we each had 1:1 interviews with one of the managers who look over your application and ask about your availability etc. just be bubbly and show personality.
