Super easy, hires anyone. The GM is cool but the owner is terrible and your paycheck will bounce all the time cause there is never any money in the bank account. Everything about that place is shady. If you want to keep your pride, dont even bother. Decent money, nice clientele, badly owned and operated.

Interview
The interview process was pretty much non-existent they looked at my resume and application and said I'm going to give it a shot with you. They informed me that they were low on servers and just really needed help basically alluding to the fact they would hire anyone. Hired me on the spot based on my attitude saying they needed more positive people to work there.
