Johns Hopkins Health System Director interview questions

Took 3 months for an interview to be scheduled from the time of submitting an application. The panel members were arrogant in their demeanor and the questions asked were not relevant to the position posted. Their answers to direct question were evasive and non-committal.

The interview consists of phone interviews, and an in-person interview. The interview schedule was packed in 1/2 hour slots for 1:1 and group interviews. There was even an interview over lunch. There is a full drug screen and physical with Measles, Mumps, Rubella & Varicella Vaccine. TB check also.
