Took 3 months for an interview to be scheduled from the time of submitting an application.
The panel members were arrogant in their demeanor and the questions asked were not relevant to the position posted. Their answers to direct question were evasive and non-committal.

The questions were focused on personality and not so much on technical skills, past work experiences or anything relevant to the actual position. Felt like the interview board was just going through the motion and already had someone in mind for the position.

Interview process was straightforward and I thought it went well. I didn't appreciate being ghosted after the interview. I took the time to talk to them after they reached out and the could have provided some feedback.

Interview
The interview consists of phone interviews, and an in-person interview. The interview schedule was packed in 1/2 hour slots for 1:1 and group interviews. There was even an interview over lunch. There is a full drug screen and physical with Measles, Mumps, Rubella & Varicella Vaccine. TB check also.
