Johnson & Johnson Innovation Labor Relations Manager interview questions

Only got to first level with TA Lead. It was a very pleasant interview. I was informed that I was not selected due other candidates with more specific experience. The interview was around 30 minutes. I was asked to describe current role and experience in people management and project management.
