I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Interviewers were nice and weren't trying to catch you out, it was competency based, asked about the credo of the company, why I want to work for J&J and where I see myself in 5 years
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Wokingham, England) in June 2023
Interview
I applied on the JnJ website and was invited for a HireVue interview. The question were typical and non challenging and the website was easy to use. I was then invited for a telephone call with one of the regional managers. The guy was unbelievably nice, he squeezed me into his day between cases and the interview went smoothly, it just felt like having a conversation with someone. He told me during the call he would like to put me through to the next stage. Last stage was an assessment centre at their HQ, where i made a presentation on a case study, did a group exercise and had further competency questions with a panel. All expenses were paid for by JnJ
