Person from administration contacted me to schedule an interview. Since I was not in the city, the administration made teleconference an option. Since it was my first time having a teleconference interview, the administrative person worked with me to set everything up. The teleconference interview was with potential supervisor, manager, and director separately. I spoke 30 min with each of the interview where they asked me various questions.

Tell me about a time where you dealt with a conflict

He said they planned to make an offer to me, but then backed down and said they were waiting on another candidate's response. It honestly ruined my whole perception of this company.
Online questionare, 30 min and then interview video recordings, 3 questions and 3 minutes responses. Can record 3 times before need to submit. Haven't hward vack in 5 weeks. Hopefully hear back soon

This was followed by a recorded response interview. I received an acceptance email the following week. Went great!
