I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
Hiring manager was punctual, receptionist was professional. Was generally positive, interview question are very job specific, straight to the point. Slightly stressful so you need to be clear what you are applying for.
it was really intense and I felt prepared but wasnt sureexactly what they were watning and I just want to look around. This is unnecessary to let people look at other jobs
Overall a pretty neutral experience. Nothing stood out, we seemed to go over the standard questions and built rapport. It felt comfortable and I could imagine myself working there. I would apply again if a role opened up in my specialty.

Went smoothly and asked alot about the JD, expect you to research on the company and know their mission/purpose! Good to read up more about a specific product (if it is listed in the JD)
