I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (London, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
The assessment centre was an enjoyable day with very friendly recruiters. The interview was the first segment of the day, lasted around 40 minutes with 2 recruiters. They prompted me with my CV occasionally for competency based. Asked you to talk through your CV then a lot of competency. Make sure prepare a few examples for one competency e.g. leadership.

Tell me about a time you had to change something due to feedback
I applied through university. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
CV, online tests, video interview, assessment centre (whole process complete within 6 weeks).
At the assessment centre there were 8 candidates and all in all it seemed pretty disorganised. Assessment centre consists of a competency based interview around the credo; a case study exercise which you then present back and answer questions on; a numerical test (I advise you to bring a calculator of your own because they gave us calculators which weren't advanced enough for you to even add together the numbers on the sheet they gave you, making working out the answer near impossible without taking much longer than the 30 minute time frame), a group exercise whereby you have a set budget and all are given a charity each which you have to pitch to fund as the budget can only be given to one group.
All in all my experience with J&J was great until we reached the assessment centre as the scheme description, boasts how this is the perfect route to go down if you are looking for a career in brand management but in reality, when mentioning this interested me in my responses I was told that it was more of an analytical marketing role and involvement on campaigns and in branding etc would be very limited. They do offer feedback, however when I arranged a call afterwards for a date and time, the recruiter didn't even ring and ignored my following 2 emails trying to reschedule. Expenses can take up to 8 weeks to be repaid too which I think is very poor, especially around Christmas time.
