I applied through university. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
it was an interview on campus with the HR representative. It was smooth. No difficult questions if prepared. Mostly behavioral and about previous experience.
But she was persistent about details. She always wanted more about the story. So it is good to be prepared with details about each example
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No unexpected questions, focused on behavioral questions (such as ethical dilemna and how I dealt with it?)
It was a very average interview, not too dificult. One round with hiring manager, She was polite, asked fairly simple questions. Did a second round interview but no offer after that.
Did a HireVue screening the questions focused mainly on motivation, background, and what drew you to the position. It was to confirm basic fit rather than test technical skills and was a way to better filter candidates.
On-demand interview in March: I need to record my responses to 3 questions, and for each question, I have 2 attempts. There is no time limit between attempts, so it is possible to take as much time as needed to prepare.
