Professional HR gives a clear idea of company culture and state that they are not just looking for qualify candidate but also someone who fits in their culture. The interview was not intimidating at all, rather like making a conversation. After some basic question regards background and the understanding of the company, I notice that the HR focus more on personality and group work ability.
it was longer than most interviews i have done with other firms in the industry. I would recommend that you take time preparing because the questions can be detail oriented and focus on different topics
Best way to get a link to the virtual interview is with a referral. Virtual interview is online & can be done on your own time. You get 3 attempts incase you mess up. pretty easy
