It began with a few introduction calls with members of the HR team where I spoke to my background, my experience, and my interest in the role.
This progressed to the next rounds of speaking to associate members of the team as to why I would be a good fit etc etc. This then led to interview with the Manager and MD where I was asked more about my background, experience, expertise and how I could be a value add.

It was 3 rounds. and the second round was case study within a group of applicants. Although I reached the last round I was rejected which was frustrating, because each round was really confronting.

What would you do overcome conflict within your team?
The first phase was a phone interview, which I disliked. You are given three questions to respond and a certain amount of time to prepare your answers. The time you are given to answer the questions are limited depending on the difficulties of the question.
