I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Dec 2012
Interview
Pretty standard STAR interviewing process asking your usual "Tell me about a time when..." questions. I did three phone interviews as I was not local. For local candidates, usually on-site interviews. Hiring process again is pretty standard with drug screening and background check. HR sets everything up so you don't really have to plan too much, just need to make some time within the restricted month or so you have to do the drug test.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Really nothing difficult, I suggest having a copy of your resume in front of you to be able to glance at for experiences. Studying your resume prior to the interview is also a big help.
I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
The interview process was well-structured and professional. It started with an introduction to the company and the role, followed by questions about my professional background, experience in supply chain and operations, and my motivation. The interview also included technical and situational questions. Overall, the atmosphere was professional and formal.
