First round is with HR Heads. If successful, you are asked to complete 3 hours of psychometric testing. Insights are used to deep dive on second round, which is generally with business stakeholders

I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Zug)

The 3 interviews happened quickly one after the other. Questions were pretty basic.
But then I had to wait over a month and after asking three times about a follow-up to get some feedback about the last one.
This process should be improved. Though I have been finally rejected for this position, it will not give me the confidence and trust to apply again. It is not normal to let someone wait like this.
