Video interview before continue on to face to face. Consisted of 13 questions for approx. 23 minutes. Questions included : "our graduate scheme is centred around leadership capability, please detail a project/task you have led in the past?" And " what is your view of the role you have applied for?", "what is your ultimate career goal?". The remainder of the questions were standard questions about working date availability, visa and final comments. Hope this helps
