The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in July 2010
Interview
With J&J, the interview process is really up to the hiring manager. I got the standard call from HR and the questions were very general. Next up was a phone interview with the hiring manager. I would describe it as a positive experience given that I felt that she was extremely prepared and very organized. The questions were well thought out and she covered different areas very methodically - PM experience, technical experience, big vs. small company experience, management style, etc. I could tell that she had a checklist. Next up is two more rounds of interviews in person. The first one with peers and direct reports, and the final one with business partners and the VP.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New Brunswick, NJ) in Oct 2021
Interview
They asked me to make a video about myself on why I think I would be a good fit for the job, then the recruiter would review and get back to me on next steps. I made the video but got a rejection hours later. Never spoke to a single person.
It was a very good interview process - lots of question and engaged employer. Look forward to working together. I would have spent more time if i could. Overall very good process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Maidenhead, England) in Sept 2015
Interview
Very thorough process from one end to the other end. Transparency on what to expect next. Feedback given was timely and useful to prepare a next stages. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience including final interview with CIO
