Interview
Interview process was long and grueling. First was the online application, followed by an HR interview via phone, a Marketing Director Interview over the phone, and then two visits to the offfices. Waited another two weeks for an offer.
The team head was kind of mean, which I could tell from our conversation details/her manner. I guess it would not be a nice experience working with her.
The overall interview process was smooth and efficient though, you don’t have to wait for a long time to hear from them after first round screening.

It's hoped the company reconsiders its approach to ensure it can attract and retain top talent effectively.
