The interview was straightforward but a little difficult. There were two interviews in total. Be sure to educate yourself about the position, products that it is related to, and what the JnJ Credo is.
Straightforward but has many layers as most companies do. The first step is always the phone screen to get the standard HR questions out of the way like salary, authorization, why wanted to work there
The first round is conducted via HireVue, which includes three behavioral questions. The second round is a traditional online interview with a business case, which gave you two days to prepare.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in July 2025
