During this call, the recruiter asked about my background, experience, and why I was interested in Johnson & Johnson. I highlighted my five years of experience in systems engineering, particularly in the healthcare sector, and my passion for improving patient outcomes through technology. Technical Interview: Next, I had a technical interview with a senior systems engineer. They asked me to solve a real-world problem related to system integration in a healthcare setting.
