Typical first interview with recruiter. Second interview with hiring manager. Everything went well and told me they'd be moving forward then ghosted me. I understand not being able to get back to everyone who has the initial phone screen, but when you actually meet the hiring manager, a response as to why they're not moving forward with you would be appreciated so at least I can try and do better on my next interview.
