Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, after an intro chat they set up a first round interview with the Engineering Manager. EM only asked one question, "Walk me through a project you led." Typical question, but he didn't seem interested in the technical challenges at all. The only concern was the processes involved, how did the project come about, how was communication with leadership and across the company. Typical questions on some level, but usually interviews for senior roles at least go into some technical aspects, decisions made and tradeoffs. Each time I brought up technology, interviewer brought it back to discussions about planning with PMs and communicating with company leadership. I brought up KPIs of the project, as well as timeline and my role in the project planning and implementation. After about 20 minutes interviewer made up his mind, said he has no more questions and ended the interview.
Seems quite corporate, and interview seemed more tailored to a staff or principal role instead of senior. Thought the interview went well enough to warrant a tech screen, I've had interviews with EM go worse that ended up leading to a technical round. Pass from company after chat with EM.
Company is looking for something quite specific and I'm not sure what that is. Good luck!

Interview
I was having a pre-screening behavioral interview and was asked this stupid question about my best project. As I'm a full stack Developer, and my recent project I was leading was about the front-end, the reviewer lowered his eyes immediately once I started talking about it. And of course I wasn't proceeded futher. This company doesn't seem to be interested in candidates at all.
