The process started with a short phone screening focused on communication and availability. Next, I completed online assessments to test problem-solving and customer handling skills. The final stage was a one-on-one interview, which included a typing speed test and practical customer service scenarios
It was an Intership so the interview was a fairly simple process.
It consisted of company related questions
and a Speech test. You are asked questions about the company’s products and services. Then you are given a paper sheet to read out the sentences there.
