Jump! Gymnastics interview questions

The interviewer talked a little bit about the company's mission and benefits for employees and then asked about my experience. I was then asked about my preferred coaching style and how I would act given a situation that could happen while on the job.

Very simple informal routine question/answer session. It was not very long and the questions were pretty typical. The owner conducted the interview and she is extremely friendly. The interview lasted maybe a half an hour.
