I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Jump! (Maidstone, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
Most bizarre interview process I've ever come across - loud music blasting out in main reception and continued whilst interview took place! Provisional interview held by one interviewer with myself and another candidate at the same time! Simple line of questioning, with no elaboration on what the job role actually entailed - a surreal process and utter waste of time!

Interview
Very hassle free process. You have an initial interview and if you qualify, you are then taken out on an observation day where you shadow one of the team leaders to see if the role is suitable for you.

Question 1
How can you show to us that you're not going to just leave first thing tomorrow?

Interview
Two stage "interview". First was about 10 mins, asked the usual questions - what are you looking for? What have you graduated in? etc.
I was invited back to a "second interview" in which we were allocated a supervisor and then taken on a bus to the outskirts of Manchester to effectively go cold-calling on peoples doors. Was told that I wouldn't be doing this as part of my role yet they were making us do this for about 7 hours. Told me about the business and the role and it didn't seem anything like what they advertised on LinkedIn.
Eventually I gave up and went home without staying until the final interview at the end.
Not worth the time, effort or money that I put into getting there. Wouldn't recommend.
