Jumpstart Program Coordinator interview questions

I got an email to set up a phone interview. For the phone interview, we talked for about 30 minutes. It took the company 2 months to get back to me about not getting the job. I had already moved on by then. The interviewer was unsure in their answers to questions I had asked pertaining to growth in the company and understanding the role. People in leadership had left and sites were starting with new teams.
