It was a virtual interview with 3 other people. They were mostly friendly with one exception and seemed interested. They took turns asking questions and even answered questions I asked. I had to reach out several weeks later after never hearing back.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Junior Library Guild

Applied, received email requesting interview 4-5 weeks later. Interview was virtual, with three people interviewing me. I was asked for 6 references "just in case" 1 of the usual 3 "didn't follow up". My references all told me later that they had individually been contacted. 3 weeks after interview 1, was asked back for interview 2, with managers. 2 weeks after this, received job offer.
First round interview was very pleasant and conversational; I wasn't chosen to move on but didn't hear back for a month a half (even after I sent a follow-up email two weeks after the interview).
