Justice AV Solutions interview questions

Over the phone interview with HR and then in-person with JAVS representative. I was contacted by HR, scheduled an interview, and they did not call during our scheduled time. About a week later, they contacted me again and apologized. It was not a big deal, so I said I was still interested in scheduling something and gave them some times. I never got any correspondence back, but did get a phone call during one of the times I provided. That went well enough and then we setup an in-person interview for the next week. Again, that was easy enough and went well enough. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have not even received even an automated, "No" or any correspondence from JAVS. Might be a decent company but no company should ghost people this badly.

Applied online. Received an email to set up a phone screen. I received a phone screen, and then an in-person interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. I did have to follow up after as I was told there were a large number of candidates for the position. I was not selected for the position but ultimately the experience wasn't bad.
