There is no interview you just a university recommendation letter to get enrolled as an intern in Kot Addu Power Generation Company (KAPCO). The company provides no salary to interns however you can utilise company tools, transport and PPE’s without any cost.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KAPCO (Multān) in Oct 2012

Interview

I applied online upon seeing an advertisement in the newspaper. Got a call for the assessment center. First there was written test followed by Group Discussion. Then there was lunch break. Then Presentations started. They would give you one topic. You had to prepare for 3 minutes and then present for 5 minutes. Lastly there was panel interviews
