Interview was easy to follow, with focus on practical knowledge.It started with an initial HR screening, followed by a technical round where I was asked about basic electrical and circuit concepts. The questions were mostly practical and focused on real project scenarios.

I've attended the interview for KKWS for the position of [Sourcing Lead (Projects)] during the months of August and September 2020, The process was very structured with multiple rounds, starting with initial screening by the HR team, followed by 1 to 1 interview with the hiring manager from Denmark, next round was with people from both Denmark and India, psychometric text; session for the analysis of it with the global HR business partner and finally the salary negotiation round before releasing the offer letter.
