Rigorous interview rounds.They will test your communication , quantitative ability and quick problem solving skills. U need not be an expert in coding, u need be fast at thinking to find the solutions to their problems. The interviewers would help you to arrive at the solution. GD topics might be very abstract, even if you donor have a clear cut answer be proactive in the GD,s
