Interview
The hiring process was very relaxed. There were two phone interviews- one with a recruiter and one with a panel of three employees. There was also an in person interview.

Question 1
They asked very basic questions like why are you interested in this position? Why do you want to work for ARCADIS? what were your favorite classes in college? Some technical questions about certain classes like hydrogeology were also asked.
