Not much just basic knowledge of surveying and estimation will help a lot, good communication and conveying skill. Take your time but when you hit, hit right and confidently. Maintain good body language. Smile will boost your confidence.

Interview

The hiring process was very relaxed. There were two phone interviews- one with a recruiter and one with a panel of three employees. There was also an in person interview.

They asked very basic questions like why are you interested in this position? Why do you want to work for ARCADIS? what were your favorite classes in college? Some technical questions about certain classes like hydrogeology were also asked.
