Total 3 rounds. Technical,managerial and hr round.I was a lateral hire. I got the offer letter within a week. The hiring and onboarding process is smooth. Overall company culture is good. Internal increments are also good.
The interview process includes two technical rounds, followed by a final HR round.
Technical rounds concentrated more on C++, Autosar concepts, and they more foucus on the C++11/14, and good to have knowledge on python.
