I applied online. I interviewed at KRING Innovation
Interview
The interview process was unprofessional, unformal and unclear, with a lack of structure throughout.
The HR person does not allow at the end of the interview to ask questions, ending the call straight away after asking 'Are you available to start as soon as possible?' . No information following the interview to let the candidate know whether they were successful or not. Considering that the candidate has dedicated time and energy for this interview, it is a minimum requirement to let them know that the process won't continue forward.
To top it off, the interviewer informs at the very end of the interview that the position is unpaid, whilst requiring the intern to work full-time for several months for free, have high level education (MSc), several professional experiences and positive values. From being a venture capital company investing millions 'to solve the world’s biggest most complicated problems', to not mentioning that the internship is unpaid on their job position online, this exemplifies the level of unprofessionalism.
I interviewed at KRING Innovation (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
Brief interview with HR, then 1 hour case simulation followed by a final interview with partner. Very informal process. Case was not quant-heavy, but focused on critical thinking etc. Decided not to take the job.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at KRING Innovation
Interview
Very informal, check-in with different key figures on-the-fly. Very experience driven and result oriented. Show what you have done and how you achieved it. The guys from KRInG also wanted to do some vvision alignment exercises where some companies (customers?) where mentioned. The exercise purpose was to assess your ability to think fast and smart.
