In Person Interview & very straight forward, asking about experience, etc. Personable staff & made it comfortable. One-on-one at the time and just be yourself and honest about your work background.

Interview
One phone interview, followed by two onsite interviews. The phone interview included general questions about experience, but the onsite interviews had LOTS of questions, some very specific. Even with all the questions it didn't feel stressful or high pressure.

Interview
It was probably the hardest interview of my life. The questions were not what I was expecting. They asked "describe a time when" questions that were deep, psychological, and super specific.
