No long, complicated steps. Just a single interview with the boss, while HR monitoring. It can be virtual or f2f, depending on the situation. No brainer questions. Just the usual "Tell me about yourself" and "Where do you see yourself in a few years?" since it's an entry level role meant for fresh grads.
