I was approached in the month of July, 2019 for the position of Senior Android Developer by some consultancy firm. The company did not provide a proper Job description and was calling everyone who could join within a month. The HRs were very cold, non-welcoming, unhelping and kind of arrogant for no reason. The first round was a coding round (they called it system round). The questions revolved around constraint layout, MVVM, Live Data etc. There were two questions and you were supposed to complete them within 90 minutes. There was no proper interaction, no discussion, nothing. The HRs were approaching other candidates as well while I was writing the code and they were talking very aggressively to those other candidates. No one even asked for a glass of water or any sort of conversation. It was a complete waste of time. If this is the way they treat candidates at the time or before interview, then God only knows how will they treat if someone joins them.
