The process was smooth. My interviewer explained a bit about what the schedule and work will be like for a RBT in training and the benefits right away. I appreciate the interviewer notifying applicants about the next steps in the process within a timely manner.

Interview
The interview process was easy and not at all stressful. The interviewer was kind and patient with everyone, as it was a group interview with about 3 total interviewees. All of the interviewees got plenty of time to speak and answer any questions, it was very fair and well thought out. Before completing the interview, we had time to ask any questions about the process or company that we had before ending the interview.
