1.Going through a recruitment agency

Notified over the phone by the agency of the outcome.
It was a really easy process, there was constant communication between the recruitment agency and the interview went for 20-30 minutes. After the 1st interview, I was informed on I got the 2nd interview the following week.
I received a better salary elsewhere, hence why I declined.
