Kaplan Student Concierge interview questions

Very lengthy phone interview- specific questions and looking for short-to the point answers- conpletely unessecary but pretty easy. Then they ask for skype interview, then in person interview. I did skype interview via email since I did not own webcam- just emailed my responses via permission of recruiter. If you ask they will probably say yes you can do the same.

Online assessment, video interview this had essays,mcq, scenarios, must have ability to pitch yourself via video, be as engaging as possible. interviewed by 2 persons, fairly relaxed style. Being a team player and willingness to be involved is a plus and the questions were slanted to reflect this. Also a willingness to cross train is critical.
