The interview process at Karadi Path is one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. The interviewer seemed completely clueless about how to conduct a proper interview. Instead of evaluating my skills, knowledge, and suitability for the role, they kept asking me to explain their own company and its job role back to them, as if I was already working there. It felt like they hadn’t even prepared or understood what they were supposed to assess.
Rather than trying to understand my strengths, capabilities, or how I could contribute, they were more interested in testing how well I could recite the company’s basic information—something that anyone can simply read online. This is a pathetic way to judge a candidate. An interview should be about skill sets, potential, and cultural fit, not about testing whether the candidate can act like a current employee.
If this is the quality of the people handling interviews, then it says everything about the level of professionalism in Karadi Path. The whole process came across as lazy, poorly designed, and outright insulting to candidates who invest their time. People here are clearly not fit to conduct interviews, let alone evaluate talent.
