Applied online. Soon after I was contacted by Kareo HR to schedule a technical phone interview. On the phone interview we talked briefly about my past experience and then worked on an algorithm in Google Docs. After stumbling a bit, we concluded the call. A few days later, HR reported that the position was offered to someone else.
