Basic sql questions and answers on paper assessment in round 1. Then there is an interview with one of the senior developer, which turned out to be basic again. Lastly the final round with the hr/manager. What I found was that they were looking for only male sql developers and if you know someone in their team or in karvy then you can definitely enter into this company. Otherwise nope. Salary is not that great compared to other financial companies.
