Totally waste of time. Completely silent after interview. I can't even tell if this company is still running. It's basic to inform candidates of the results, but this company couldn't care less. Is sending a canned message too hard for them?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kavtek (Ottawa, ON) in Mar 2022
Interview
First interview was 15 min with a manager to establish basic job requirements.
Second aspect of interview was an unpaid take home project to develop a computer vision program.
Submitted completed project to employer, but they didn't even have the courtesy of contacting back. Waste of time unless you are being compensated in some way.
