The interview process had a screening call, and a test assessments, the call was average, not bad, not good, felt like they are not caring about people. The assessments were good and interesting, covered the subject, some of the questions were poorly translated, however, overall, good. I got the offer, but after reviewing their policies, and reading from tons of people how they treat their employees, i took a pass on this job, in my humble opinion, doesn't worth it.
