Kemper Trainee Positions interview questions

The first phone interview was just a get to know you thing. The first in person interview was your basic interview. I was offered the position but the salary offered wasn't a livable wage. Spoke w/ their HR person who advised of other available positions and to go to their job fair the following weekend to apply. Went to the job fair, waited 3 hours, interview lasted 4 minutes. Reached out to HR multiple times (6+) and no response. The whole interview process took more than 6 weeks and their HR couldn't be bothered to return a follow up phone call. Wow...
